During our first chat, our recruiter will want to learn about you and your story. During this call, we will see if you’re a potential fit within our culture. This is also a chance for you to ask any first questions you may have about the role and company.

In this meeting, your potential future Leader will dive deeper into your experience and explore what new and exciting things you could bring to the team. In addition, you can expect questions about your knowledge of the business or technology area.

Following your interview, we will want you to demonstrate your practical insight. We will give you a task related to what you would do in the position and ask you to complete it to the best of your ability. This task may be a presentation on the chosen field, or a technical assignment.

This is the very last stage of the interview process! At this point, we will be ready to discuss an offer. During this interview you will also have the chance to ask more about the job, the culture and any other information you may need as you reflect whether the role is the right fit for you.
