The Position

At Neptune Software, our Sales Development team is crucial to our mission of driving growth and expanding our market presence across the EMEA region. We are looking for a highly motivated SDR Team Lead to build and lead a high-performing Sales Development Representative (SDR) team from the ground up. The Opportunity

Impact You Will Drive

  • Develop and execute a strategy to recruit, train, and scale a team of SDRs across EMEA, establishing a center of excellence for lead generation and sales development.
  • Create and implement targeted outreach strategies, refine messaging, and optimize the sales development process to drive pipeline growth and new business opportunities.
  • Ensure effective use of Salesforce as our CRM system for tracking leads, opportunities, and performance metrics, and utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Seamless.AI to source and engage with high-potential prospects.
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure alignment on lead generation, qualification criteria, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Guide your team to connect with IT and business leaders, establishing relationships with senior executives through personalized outreach efforts.
  • Track SDR performance metrics, analyze data to identify trends, and implement changes to optimize team performance.
  • Provide feedback to the Marketing team to enhance campaign effectiveness and ensure alignment with sales messaging.
  • Build a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and innovation where SDRs are motivated to achieve individual and team goals.
  • As a key member of the sales leadership team, your role will have a substantial impact on Neptune Software’s growth strategy in the region.


What You Bring to Neptune Software

  • Experience: 3+ years in a Sales Development or Inside Sales role, with at least 2 year in a team lead or managerial role; experience building teams from scratch is a plus.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with a proven track record of developing and motivating high-performing sales teams.
  • Ability to develop and execute effective SDR strategies tailored to the EMEA market.
  • Proficiency in analyzing performance data to drive decision-making and strategy refinement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to coach and mentor team members.
  • Experience with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Seamless.AI, and other sales engagement platforms.
